 PILGRIM COTTAGE is a grade II listed property with character and charm. Located in the heart of Staithes, a pretty coastal village on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors National Park, tucked away from the main thoroughfare yet only minutes from the sea front. Suitable to comfortably accommodate 2/3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
STAITHES has a host of facilities including Public Houses, Bistros, excellent fish restaurant and cafes and a good selection of local shops. The village is steeped in history and maintains its character throughout.
ACCOMMODATION Lounge/Dining Room. Feature fireplace (with electric fire), TV/Video, DVD player and CD/radio/cassette. Comfortable seating. Dining table and chairs. Washer/dryer located under stairs. Kitchen. Small but well appointed with electric cooker, microwave and fridge. Small Belfast sink and tiled floor. Bathroom. Original cast iron bath and antique high flush WC. Antique tiled splash backs and beamed ceiling. Bedroom 1. Pretty double bedroom on the first floor has cast iron fireplace, two fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers for storage. Bedroom 2. A quaint bedroom under the eaves with single bed and chair/bed. Heating. There are storage heaters in the living area and bedrooms. Heated towel rail in bathroom. PRICE INCLUDES - All electricity.

PARKING is available in the public carpark at the top of the village at a cost of £5.00 per day. Alternatively £4.50 per day at private carpark by prior arrangement.
A 10% deposit will secure your booking with the balance due 6 weeks before commencement of your holiday. If holiday is less than 6 weeks away, payment in full at time of booking.
