Pike's Cottage is a delightful old Sussex cottage attached to the home of the owners but is entirely independent with its own drive and garden. It is situated in the lovely hamlet of Barcombe Mills and has a beautiful view over the river Ouse and countryside to the Downs beyond.

Pike's Cottage is a real home and has been attractively renovated.

The fully fitted kichen, with a table seating four, has a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave.
The kitchen door leads directly into the pretty rear garden where garden furniture is available.
The separate sitting room has a colour television with DVD player.
There is a downstairs cloakroom.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with twin beds. A cot is available.
The bathroom has a bath with shower over.
All linen and towels are provided and the cottage has oil fired central heating throughout.
WiFi connection.

Location

Barcombe Mills is famous and much loved for its wonderful riverside walks and its superb bird life. It is four miles from the historic county town of Lewes with all amenities and it is a mile to the village of Barcombe with its village shop.
While enjoying the countryside, Pike's Cottage is ideally placed for visiting a wide variety of attractions: Brighton and other seaside towns, the coast, the South Downs, Ashdown Forest, the Seven Sisters Nature Park and many National Trust properties.
Glyndebourne, Bluebell steam railway, East Sussex National Golf Course, places to fish are all near as is an abundance of welcoming pubs and interesting villages.
There is also easy access to London, Gatwick Airport and the Newhaven cross channel ferry.
