 This spacious, light and airy apartment has the most stunning views. St Ives harbour and Island, Carbis Beach, Gwithian sands and Godrevy lighthouse can be seen from the lounge/diner, garden and main bedroom. It is situated in Carbis Bay, just outside St Ives, which offers its own local shops, chemist, Post Office and restaurants. - Nearby St Ives, with its restaurants, galleries and 4 beaches, is easily reached. With the station only a 3 minute walk from the apartment, a further 3 minute train ride takes you right into St Ives - this is cheaper and less stressful than finding parking in St Ives itself. If you're feeling more energetic, you can walk to St Ives along the Cornish Coastal Path, which is also just a few minutes away.
- Even closer to home, stroll 5 minutes down the hill to Carbis Beach. This is a sandy, family beach with facilities, shop/caf», lifeguards and surfing lessons available. The terraces and conservatory of the nearby Carbis Bay Hotel are perfect for a more grown up lunch or a cream tea.
- At the end of the day, come home to a meal in the garden or lounge/diner, both of which have better views than you will find in any restaurant.
The Penthouse would be enjoyed by a couple just as much as a family of 3 or 4. It occupies the top (second) floor of a former gentleman's residence. There are six apartments in all, sharing a communal garden. Each apartment has an allocated parking space.
 
 The accommodation comprises: - Lounge diner: Superb sea views to St Ives and Godrevy. TV/video (a selection of videos is provided). The Freeview television box offers some of the satellite channels, including children's channels. Sofa, two easy chairs, dining table and four chairs.
- Main bedroom: Superb sea views towards Carbis Beach and St Ives, even while lying in bed. A large, double-bedded room with two-seater sofa and TV. There is a fitted wardrobe and chest of drawers as well as bedside cabinets with reading lamps. En suite bathroom with WC, basin, bath with shower attachment and heated towel rail.
- Bedroom Two: Twin 3ft beds, basin. Chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and reading lights. En suite shower with heated towel rail.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with electric oven and hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine, radio, breakfast bar with two stools. An iron and ironing board are also available. View to Knill's Monument and The Steeple.
- Separate WC with washbasin.
Outside:
The lawned communal garden offers more wonderful sea views. Garden furniture is provided.
