The Penthouse is located on the top floor of the former Beach Hotel and therefore boasts fantastic sea views from virtually all windows. It is an ideal location for families or couples to base their holiday, with a wide range of local amenities such as fishing, sailing, diving, golf and walking.

• The spacious open plan living area comprises a main lounge which is tastefully decorated with ample seating for six guests on the Italian leather three piece suite. Widescreen TV with Freeview, DVD player and Video recorder along with a selection of DVDs and videos.
• The dining area has a large Italian designed glass dining table and chairs, providing space for up to six guests to dine in comfort.
• The superbly equipped modern kitchen comprises a gas hob, electric fan oven, integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher and washing machine.
• A second lounge area comprising a two seater sofa bed, chair, CD Midi System (with headphones), LCD TV/DVD player and a Sony Playstation 1 with a large selection of games. There is also a selection of conventional board games and books available.
• There are two double bedrooms both with ensuite facilities, twin bedroom and a main bathroom.
