can be a one or two bedroomed ground floor apartment, which is part of Penrose B&B. As a one-bedroom apartment it can sleep 2 people, with the extra bedroom it can sleep up to 5 people. The apartment has been refurbished in the winter of 2006, and is stunning. Penrose itself is a beautiful, large Victorian home situated on the outskirts of the historic town of Lostwithiel.

• A large bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, hairdryer, toiletries, alarm clock radio, two armchairs, wide screen TV with the full Sky package and DVD.
• A bathroom, which has a bath with electric shower over, toilet and hand basin. Towels are provided together with shampoo/conditioner, bath foam and shower gel.
• A fully fitted kitchen including a double oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, iron, ironing board, table and two chairs, plus an extensive beverage tray.
• French doors open onto the patio. The garden is for all to share, and a BBQ i available.
• Parking is for one car and electricity is included in the price.
• Pensilver is non-smoking, however, we do not mind smoking in the garden.

As a two-bedroom apartment you also get:
