Pensilver can be a one or two bedroomed ground floor apartment, which is part of Penrose B&B. As a one-bedroom apartment it can sleep 2 people, with the extra bedroom it can sleep up to 5 people. The apartment has been refurbished in the winter of 2006, and is stunning. Penrose itself is a beautiful, large Victorian home situated on the outskirts of the historic town of Lostwithiel.
Accommodation: As a one-bedroom apartment you get: A large bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, hairdryer, toiletries, alarm clock radio, two armchairs, wide screen TV with the full Sky package and DVD. A bathroom, which has a bath with electric shower over, toilet and hand basin. Towels are provided together with shampoo/conditioner, bath foam and shower gel. A fully fitted kitchen including a double oven, hob, microwave, washing machine, iron, ironing board, table and two chairs, plus an extensive beverage tray. French doors open onto the patio. The garden is for all to share, and a BBQ i available. Parking is for one car and electricity is included in the price. Pensilver is non-smoking, however, we do not mind smoking in the garden. As a two-bedroom apartment you also get: An extra bedroom with a double bed, single bed, two seater leather sofa in the bay window, dressing table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, TV, DVD/CD player, hairdryer, toiletries, extensive beverage tray and alarm clock radio. An ensuite with shower, toilet and hand basin. Towels are provided together with shampoo/conditioner and shower gel. There are interconnecting doors to the first bedroom. What's in Lostwithiel?? - There are lots of gourmet pubs, restaurants, takeaways and cafes.
- Lostwithiel is the antique capital of Cornwall! Plus there is a Co-op, chemist, doctors, wedding shop, newsagents, post office, galleries, auction house, craft shops, golf & country club, Duchy nursery, two parks and loads more.
- There is a train station, and regular local buses.
- Historically, there is a lovely church, museum, medieval bridge, the Duchy Palace, Restormel Castle and again loads more!
