 Penny Royal Holiday Cottage
The former Symonds Yat East Station Masters House. Located in the picturesque symonds yat east on the banks of the River Wye in the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley. - The cottage has been recently renovated and has superb facilities for up to 8 persons and a cot to enjoy a break whether it be for 2 days, along weekend or multiples of weeks! We cater for all levels of requirements.
- We welcome families, hen parties, stag parties (all well behaved!!) and groups of friends etc.
- The local area offer fantastic walking, outdoor activities, golf and many places of interest.
- Fantastic pub and restaurants all within 5 mins walking distance of the cottage.
Accommodation The property has its own driveway with private parking for up to 5 cars. The gardens edge onto the forest and contain mature trees and shrubs. The neighbours are usually the deer and other wildlife that visit the garden most evenings. The garden has furniture and a bbq for those summer evenings. The cottage is well equipped with a fitted kitchen, including all utensils and crockery. A separate dining room. A cosy lounge with leather sofas, a bed sofa and an open fire for those cosy evenings watching a film or a game of scrabble! the cottage has satellite television. There is one shower room and one bathroom with one upstairs and one down. A master bedroom with kingsize sleigh bed, walk in wardrobe, cupboards and dress mirrors. A triple room with 3 single beds. A twin room with 2 single beds. All rooms have ample wardrobe and storage space. We welcome dogs but we do charge a small fee. The cottage is central heated. All bed linen and towels are included as well as complimentary wine and fresh fruit on arrival.
