 This detached farmhouse was built in 1704, and is surrounded by open countryside on our 180 acre working family farm. You can enjoy wonderful views from the farmhouse, which lies in a sheltered sunny spot. It is situated in absolute peace and quiet at the end of a private lane, 'away from it all' but not isolated, with the owners living in a converted barn nearby. Brecon is approximately 4 miles away and Hay on Wye 12 miles.
Ground floor Warm sunny entrance porch, with room for walking boots, coats and wet dogs. Spacious kitchen with long table and chairs and featured exposed stone fireplace. The kitchen is very well equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, plenty of storage in pine cupboards. Spacious and comfortable sitting room with sofas, chairs, extending dining table and chairs, digital satellite TV and video, videos, Hifi/CD system, books, open fireplace, toys and games. Downstairs shower with shower, toilet and hand basin. First floor - Attractive bathroom with bath, separate power shower, hand basin and toilet.
