Situated within Conwy's town walls opposite the Upper Gate. Pen Y Bryn is a one hundred and fifty year old end terraced cottage that has been renovated and refurbished to a high standard. The accommodation provides:
Ground Floor: Entrance hall and stairs to first floor. Lounge with open fire place (not in use) solid oak floor, 28in TV with DVD and video player selection of films (DVD & video) together with a good supply of books, three piece suite occasional tables, table lamps. Kitchen fully equipped with washer /dryer built in cooker (gas hob electric oven), microwave, ample supplies of all kitchen equipment, hallogen lighting. Courtyard garden with bbq patio set and eight chairs. The garden is fully enclosed and surrounded by a six foot wall. There is also a gate for rear access to the property. First Floor: - Bathroom mostly tiled with shower over bath hallogen lighting and illuminated mirror.
- Double bedroom, very good quality reylon bed, bedside cabinets with lamps, large walk in fitted wardrobe cheat of drawers, wall mounted tv, victorian fireplace (not in use), decorative table with lamp, radio alarm.
- Twin bedroom, wardrobe bedside cabinet and lamp radio alarm.
 Facilities: - The property has full central heating.
- All reasonable gas & electric usage is included in the rental together with bed linen and household cleaning materials.
- Personal towels are available on request free of charge but a small deposit will be required.
Locality - The cottage is situated within a three minute walk from the town centre with all the usuial facilities.
- There are plenty of pubs and reataurants near by.
- Conwy town is the only world heritage site in Conwy county and is an ideal base for touring North Wales and the surrounding area.
- Liverpool the European capital of culture 2008 is only 60 miles away.
