• All reasonable gas & electric usage is included in the rental together with bed linen and household cleaning materials.
• Personal towels are available on request free of charge but a small deposit will be required.

• The cottage is situated within a three minute walk from the town centre with all the usuial facilities.
• There are plenty of pubs and reataurants near by.
• Conwy town is the only world heritage site in Conwy county and is an ideal base for touring North Wales and the surrounding area.
• Liverpool the European capital of culture 2008 is only 60 miles away.
