 St.Ebba's Peep is a recently completed cottage in the heart of this traditional Nortumbrian fishing village. The cottage is part of a small sympathetic development in the grounds of Beadnell House, and is set back from the road. It is quiet, safe for children, and only 2 minutes walk to the local shop and local pubs and restaurants. The property is within 5 minutes walk of the picturesque seafront, and makes an ideal base for walkers.
Accommodation: Lounge area, kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. There is ample off street parking. Private gravelled courtyard to the rear. Sleeps up to 6 people in 2 double rooms (super kingsize beds 6ft each, one a sleigh bed), and 1 twin room. One double bedroom (kingsize bed) and a bathroom with walk in shower are on the ground floor. The kitchen has been fitted to the highest standard, and has large oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer and fridgefreezer. Underfloor heating, and fully double glazed. Large comfortable lounge area has Freeview TV, DVD player and video. There is another TV and DVD upstairs in the master bedroom (kingsize sleigh bed). The ground floor bathroom has large walk in shower, sink and WC, and the upstairs bathroom has a combined bath and shower, sink and WC. There is a private walled courtyard to the rear with garden furniture. The property has been finished to a high standard and is very spacious but retains a traditional cottage feel. Well behaved pets welcome by prior arrangement at £15 pw.
