Welcome to 2 Pear Tree Cottage which is situated in a conservation village of outstanding beauty in West Milton, near Bridport in West Dorset.

  • The garden has a summer house, 2 patios and a decked terrace with table and chairs which leads out from the master bedroom's french doors.
  • Lovely walks or bike rides can be taken straight from the door and it is only about a fifteen minute drive to the seaside at Burton Bradstock or West Bay, a very picturesque fishing harbour which forms part of the World Heritage Jurassic Coast within Lyme Bay.

  • Pear Tree Cottage, parts of which date back 400 years and reportedly was way back an old beer house, comfortably sleeps 6 in 1 ensuite room with Kingsize bed and two twin bedded rooms.
  • The lovely views from the bedroom windows are over some of the typical rolling hills of West Dorset. The pretty village itself is a conservation area situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty.
  • The ensuite room has shower, vanity basin and W.C, a very spacious bedroom with French doors leading out on to a decked area with table and chairs. Lovely for a leisurely breakfast on a sunny summer morning.
