Malborough is a quiet village in the South Hams, conveniently situated within easy reach of Kingsbridge, Salcombe and Hope Cove. There are two pubs just up the road; both quite different in character and both serve food. One, The Royal Oak has regular folk sessions, where local musicians meet to practice together, which is really quite special, and often other musical nights. There is also a very popular Bistro near the house.

For a small village there is quite a lot going on, yet it still retains its sleepy feel. There is also a garage shop on the Salcombe road that has an amazing range of food, including freshly baked French bread. It also has a cash back facility, handy if you don't have cash to buy a pint! For children, there is a park with a large field and play equipment. There are plenty of nearby beaches and wonderful coastal walks, which, if you know this part of Devon, goes without saying.

Accommodation
The house is furnished simply but comfortably which makes it ideal for families. It has central heating and double glazing.

Dining room with seating for 6.
Open plan lounge with fireplace, TV and video/DVD player, and Digital Radio and CD player. Toy box.
Bedroom 1: double bed with king size duvet.
Bedroom 2: twin beds with single duvets.
Bedroom 3: bunk beds with single duvets.
Bathroom / toilet with hand held shower over bath.
All bed rooms have large fitted wardrobes.
There is a stair gate at the top of the stairs, a cot can be made available and there is also a high chair.
Bed linen, bathmat and tea towels provided.
