Please note that we no longer accept pets.
What you see is what you pay – no hidden extras.
Prices include all linen and all fuel and water, and reasonable cleaning following your departure.
Please note that bookings at Owl Cottage are on a Friday to Friday basis.
Reservations are from 3 pm on the arrival date until 10:30 am on the departure day.
A deposit of £50 per week is required when making your booking. This will only be refundable in the event of your cancellation if we are able to relet the cottage. If you cancel within 1 calendar month of the booking and we are unable to relet in the time available to us you may be liable to pay the full cost of the booking.
The full cost of your rental will be due one month before the date of your occupancy, and the deposit will be retained for up to one week after your departure. If the property has been treated with respect and left in the same clean condition that you found it your deposit will be refunded in full. If, however, the cottage requires and excessive amount of cleaning a deduction will be made from the deposit or, in extreme cases, the entire deposit may be forfeit.
A cot (but not linen) and highchair are available by prior request.
