Over Boothlow is a Grade II listed, south facing farmhouse with far reaching views, situated half a mile from the B5053 and about a mile from the village of Longnor. The spa town of Buxton is close by.

The area is a beautifully peaceful, unspoilt green valley with the River Manifold running through it.
The River Dove flows through the next valley leading to the famous beauty spot of Dovedale.
Longnor was the location for Cardale in Peak Practice and most recently double as the village of Lambton in Pride & Prejudice.

Accommodation

The house is three storeys.
Large dining kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer etc.
Sitting room has a wood burning stove, tv, dvd, sofas and chairs to accommodate 10.
The first floor has 1 double en suite, 1 king en suite and 1 twin with separate bathroom.
The second floor has 1 king sized room, 1 twin room and a shared shower room.
The house is centrally heated.
There is private parking and storage for bikes in the barn.

Outside

The garden is south facing with garden furniture and flower beds. The views are down the Manifold Valley, lapwings and skylarks can be heard in the summer.
Immediate to the garden are 40 acres of agricultural meadowland which are mown in July.
There is river frontage to the Manifold across the meadow where herons and wild ducks can be seen.
