Nestled high on a hillside with magnificent views over the lovely Otter valley, and peacefully set within 10 acres of grounds in the Blackdown Hills, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the Devon/Somerset border. Four supremely comfortable and beautifully furnished cottages are clustered around a pretty courtyard.

The bridleways and footpaths on your doorstep make this an ideal walking base, while the lovely beaches of the Jurassic Coast and the elegant resorts of Sidmouth and Lyme Regis are within a half hour drive. Exmoor and Dartmoor are easily accessible making it a wonderful location from which to explore the many attractions of Devon, Somerset and Dorset.

Rose, Jasmine and Wisteria cottages have interconnecting doors to accommodate larger parties. (These are locked double doors with sound proofing between to ensure privacy when not in use).

Jasmine Cottage - sleeps 3 + cot
A spacious and well furnished cottage with four poster bed in double room and a single room. Relax in the lounge which has fantastic views over the Otter Valley. Very large well equipped kitchen with dining area and access to raised patio with brick built BBQ. No Pets.

Wisteria - sleeps 5 + cot
A very comfortable beamed cottage overlooking the stream and gardens. The lounge has an inglenook fireplace with log burner. A large fully equipped kitchen with dining area overlooks the patio (with bbq). There is a double room on the ground floor and a cloakroom. The master bedroom on the first floor has a four poster bed and en-suite bathroom with power shower over bath. There is a further shower room and single bedroom. 1 dog welcome.

Rose Cottage - Sleeps 4 + cot
The welcoming lounge with log burner has views over the Otter valley to the front and the gardens to the rear. The well equipped kitchen has a dining area and separate utility room. Upstairs there is a double room with four poster bed and a twin room. The bathroom has a power shower over the bath. This cottage has the benefit of an enclosed courtyard garden and a shared raised patio. 1 dog welcome.

HONEYSUCKLE COTTAGE is set away from the main courtyard of cottages and is ideal for the romantics amongst you. A one bedroom barn conversion with unrivalled views of the Otter Valley. Relax in the sunshine or under the stars in your own private spa. (sleeps 2).
