Otters Holt is situated on a hilltop facing south with outstanding panoramic views over to the Isle of Mull. Its log construction creates a warm and cosy atmosphere.

• There is a spacious well furnished lounge from which you can enjoy the spectacular scenery, with a colour television and electric simulated wood burning stove.
• The kitchen is well equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, and the dining area overlooks the sea.
• Sleeping 6 with a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bedroom with 2 bunks, electric blankets in 2 bedrooms. All have overhead reading lamps.
• Bathroom with Mira power shower, bath, washbasin and toilet.
• Utility room with washbasin and toilet, washing machine and drier.
• There is a small shallow wildlife pond to the rear of the house with many newts and frogs.

Kilchoan is on the spectacular Ardnamurchan Peninsula, and is an Area of Oustanding Natural Beauty. It is a haven for walkers, birdwatchers, photographers, botanists, painters and archaeologists and offers a rare profusion of wildlife; otters, seals, pine martins, wildcats, sea eagles and golden eagles, red and roe deer.

• Kilchoan has a well equipped general store and post office, tourist information centre and there is a regular ferry service to Mull.

The magnificent white sands of Sanna beach are 6 miles away as is the Ardnamurchan Lighthouse. Both have wonderful views across to the islands of Rhum, Eigg, Muck and Skye - The sunsets are spectacular.
