 One Downside is a semi-detached cottage with fine views of Lyme Bay, Portland and the World Heritage Coast. - The cottage is a few minutes walk down to the village centre, with its shops and pubs.
- It is an ideal family holiday home with comfortable accommodation for a family of four.
- At the rear is a small secluded garden with views of Golden Cap and the sea.
- In the front is a larger, lawned garden with fine views, ideal for relaxation or family games.
Accommodation The comfortable sitting room with dining area has TV/video. Bedroom 1 has twin beds. Bedroom 2 has full size bunk beds. Bathroom with shower/bath and WC. Separate WC. Kitchen with Electric Cooker, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer and Dishwasher. Gas-fired central heating. Utility room with Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer. All on one floor - 2/3 steps to bedrooms. Duvets are provided, but no linen or towels. The village of Charmouth, located about two miles from the historic town of Lyme Regis, is renowned for its quiet beach and fossils. There are many beautiful coastal and country walks in the area.
