31 Windermere Drive is a self catering 3 bedroomed split level detached house situated on the outskirts of Douglas in Onchan Village residential area but with a rural outlook. Views to the Golf Course and Molly Quirks National Glen at the rear whilst Groudle Glen Steam Railway, Onchan Park and Stadium and Village Centre are all within walking distance.

Front Door - Ground Level - there is cloakroom/wc and 1 bedroom with single divan and a 4 ft. futon.
Upper Floor is a large double bedroom with lovely views, a family bathroom with electric shower over bath and a bedroom with single/twin trundle guest bed.
Lower Level is a good sized lounge with large picture window looking onto the secluded sheltered back garden and patio. Kitchen/dining area with newly fitted units. There is a car port and off road parking for two vehicles.
