• The large open plan living space is light and airy, has a lovely fitted Italian style kitchen complete with washing machine, tumble drier, large family-size fridge freezer, dish washer and contemporary oak kitchen table (seats 8). The kitchen is supplied with beautiful Emma Bridgewater crockery. The living space incorporates a comfortable lounge seating area with large leather sofa and armchairs, plus wood-burning stove.
• In a separate private wing of the property (close to the downstairs shower room) there is a lovely upstairs bedroom with spiral staircase and below it a further sitting area with leather sofa and wall mounted 42" Flat screen TV/DVD. These stairs would be unsuitable for the elderly or infirm.
• Each side of the property there are private enclosed courtyard gardens, seating areas and easy parking.

Local area:  

• The West Wight countryside is a perfect base for walking, cycling and sight seeing. The ancient harbour town of Yarmouth is only a ten minute drive away.
• From The Old Stables you can easily access the Tennyson Trail over the downs to Freshwater Bay and the Needles, with Brook and Compton beaches famous for surfing just 1.5 miles away. This is a totally unspoilt part of the Island where you are never really very far away from anything!
