The Old Rectory provides the opportunity to relax in the tranquil surroundings of a Victorian rectory. Situated on the Suffolk/Norfolk border in the beautiful Waveney Valley, the property lies in grounds of almost seven acres - and is surrounded by farmland on three sides, the grounds are a haven for wildlife. Dogs are especially welcome.
 
 The four newly converted one bedroom holiday homes have been decorated and furnished to a very high standard with style and comfort in mind and period features have been retained where possible. Whilst each has a character of its own, what they do have in common is the opportunity they offer for guests to relax in tranquil surroundings in high quality accommodation. For those looking for a more active holiday there are numerous attractions close-by.
Each Cottage offers: Central heating and logs included for burners. Quality bed linen and towels provided. Use of laundry room. Cot available. Well equipped modern kitchens. Dishwasher, fridge freezer, integral cooker and microwave. TV, Freeview, DVD and music centre. Plenty of books and games and use of a DVD library, Ordnance Survey maps and binoculars. The village pub is a short stroll away, whilst the market town of Bungay (3 miles) offers a good range of shops. Norwich with its excellent cultural and shopping facilities is 19 miles away. There are many local footpaths for walking.
