 This single storey cottage has been converted from a barn adjoining the owner's 17th Century farmhouse and provides a comfortable holiday home. - Set in a quiet position with views of the Scottish hills and Skiddaw, the cottage is just one mile from the rural seaside village of Allonby with its local shops and pubs.
- Small boats can be launched from the sandy beach which is 50 yards away and there is riding, fishing and golf available nearby.
- Keswick, Carlisle and the Scottish Borders are all within 23 miles from the cottage.
Accommodation The cottage comprises an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The open plan lounge has an electric coal effect fire, colour television with Freeview and a DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms - one double bedded room and one twin bedded room.
There is a shower room with toilet and hand basin. The cottage is heated with electric convector heaters. All fuel, power and bed linen (duvets) and towels are included in the price. There is parking available for two cars.
