 This self-catering holiday cottage is superbly located by the sea, overlooking a sandy tidal bay and harbour. The 3-bedroom, stone built property enjoys sweeping, uninterrupted views over the Coquet estuary, Amble harbour and north, towards Warkworth Castle and along the Heritage Coast.
The extensive views from the front of the cottage and patio, plus the easy access to walks along nearby beaches and dunes make the cottage an excellent choice for a relaxing sea-side break.
Ground floor: Entrance porch - entry to property is via rear yard which is approximately 30 metres from small car park. Fully fitted and equipped kitchen, including electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and microwave. Bathroom with Bath / washbasin / WC / shower cubicle. Lounge and Dining area - Spacious, split-level open plan room with extensive coastal views from patio window. Garden: There is a paved patio area directly outside lounge patio window with a small elevated garden overlooking the 'Little Shore'. First floor: Main bedroom - Double bedded room with range of fitted wardrobes, and views over 'Little Shore' and harbour. Bedroom 2 - With two single 3ft beds and range of fitted wardrobes. Overlooks rear of property. Bedroom 3 - Small single room with 3ft bed and free-standing wardrobe. Overlooks rear of property. Second floor: Attic room - Accessed through main bedroom, this attic room has extensive views over coast and countryside. Provides a quiet retreat for reading etc. Other details: Sleeps up to 5 people (plus cot). Children welcome. Two minute walk from local grocery / newsagents. All linen and towels provided, except for cot bedding. Ironing facilities. Hairdrier. Gas Central Heating. Sorry, no pets. Non-smokers only.
