The Old Cider Barn is a gorgeous 400 year old character property, with all mod cons. Within its lovely, spacious grounds there is an elegant self-contained chalet, a fabulous seven-foot-square jacuzzi, four ducks, a cat and two kittens. The large back patio has beautiful views over the Devon countryside, and the property is less than 5 minutes from the Devon beaches and coastal paths. The Old Cider Barn is also 5 minutes from the traditional market town of Totnes, and within easy reach of the moors, and all the facilities of Dartington, Torbay, Plymouth and Exeter.
  Downstairs: A sunny and beautifully finished open-plan kitchen/dining room with a lovely farmhouse table with 6 chairs. Gas burner/oven, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, 2 belfast sinks and oak work-surfaces - and a delightful large water feature!! A terrace with raised flower beds and a paddock with duck-pond (and ducks!!), as well as lovely clear views across the fields beyond. Wooden garden furniture, outside lighting, barbecue. One twin and one single bedroom and a family bathroom. Custom built spacious wooden chalet for two (or more), with own toilet and shower, veranda, hand-woven hammock, views.
