 This newly refurbished spacious cottage is a converted 19th Century cart shed at Wicken Farm, Tittleshall, once part of the Holkham Estate. No longer a working farm, Wicken Farm is a very quiet location more than half a mile from any other dwelling. - There are fantastic views all round as it is the second highest point in Norfolk. It is possible to see over 10 miles of beautiful Norfolk countryside on a clear day.
- There are many country and woodland walks in the vicinity, in fact there is footpath access immediately off the farm.
- The North Norfolk coast is only 25 minutes away and the market towns of Dereham and Fakenham only 15 minutes.
- It is situated half way between Norwich and Kings Lynn.
