Historic seaside cottage for traditional family holidays or ideal for groups sharing. A Grade II Listed Cottage dating from 1310, with 5 bedrooms and large private garden, 400m from the sea. Local shops, playing fields, promenade, with a pub, seaside cafe, beach huts, and miles of 'Blue Flag' sandy beaches, where you can enjoy a traditional seaside family holiday.

Entrance hall, fronted by porch (housing the £1 coin electric meter).
Large Lounge with original oak beams and inglenook open-hearth fireplace, gas heater, colour TV, DVD player, settees, oak dining table and chairs. 'Ladder' staircase to one of the upstairs landings.
Smaller Sitting Room with CD/Stereo system and French Windows opening onto garden.
New Kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker. Fully equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery and glasses.
