Situated on the Norfolk Suffolk borders in the Waveney valley, four self catering 17th century holiday cottages, with over 2 acres of gardens leading to the banks of the river waveney.

All cottages share over 2 acres of garden and woodland leading down to the river Waveney, a wonderful place to sit back and relax in the peace and quiet and watch the wildlife, feed the swans ducks and geese, fish, or watch out for the kingfisher, Otter and Barn owls. Garden furniture BBQ and gazebo.
Fishing is available in season.
Well behaved dogs welcome in Pump cottage - max 2 by arrangement only.
Electric, heating, bedding, towels. Tea towels, cleaning materials travel cot, and high chair available, all are included in rent.
Laundry room available.

Pump Cottage, sleeps 4 (photo below left)
Downstairs: Fitted kitchen, Electric cooker, Microwave, fridge freezer, Dining room, with woodburner. Lounge, digital T.V. dvd, video with a selection of films. cd and radio. Bathroom with bath, wc and washbasin.
Upstairs: Bedroom 1. four poster, victorian wardrobe and dressing table. Bedroom 2. Twin beds, Victorian wardrobe and dressing table.
Heating by night storage, electric fires.
Dogs are welcome in Pump cottage by arrangement only.
Enclosed Private patio area with garden furniture outside cottage.

Coach Cottage, sleeps 4 (photo above right)
Downstairs: Fitted Kitchen, Electric cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, Lounge, with digital T.V. dvd ,video, with selection of films, cd and radio. Well furnished dining room.
Upstairs: Bedroom 1 - Double bed. Bedroom 2 - Twin beds. Bathroom, bath with overhead shower, wc and washbasin.
Private patio area with garden furniture.

The Olde Laundry, sleeps 2 (photo below left)
Accommodation Accommodation is on the ground floor, with well fitted kitchen, electric cooker, fridge and small freezer, microwave. Lounge/dining room, with digital T.V. dvd, video with selection of films. Cd and radio. Bedroom with twin beds, ensuite with bath, wc and washbasin.
Patio area outside cottage. with garden furniture.

The Hayloft, sleeps 2 (photo above right)
Outside stairs lead to first floor accommodation:
Fitted kitchen, with electric cooker, fridge freezer, microwave. Lounge/dining room, with digital T.V. dvd, video, with a selection of films. Cd and radio. Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. Bathroom with bath, wc and hand basin.

Brockdish is a small village situated along side the river Waveney on the Norfolk Suffolk borders, with local walks along the river, including the angles way.

An ideal base to explore both Norfolk and Suffolk.
Local market towns Diss, Harleston, Beccles and Bungay, Bury St Edmunds and Abby gardens.
Nearby attractions include Bressingham gardens and steam museum, Flixton air museum, 100th American Air Base museum. Banham Zoo, Thornham wood, Thetford forest, Framlingham castle, the beautiful Suffolk coast includes Minsmere bird reserve, the old seaside town of Southwold, Dunwich beach and forest, Covehithe are within easy reach.
Fishing at the bottom of the garden in season, and many local lakes and pits.
