is situated on the boundary of the Loch Lomond National Park; the cottage is attached to the farmhouse on a livestock farm with highland cattle. The views from the farm are lovely with the campsie fells to the South and Ben Lomond to the west.

• The cottage has one double bedroom and one twin, a large bathroom with bath/shower, dinning room and well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge with log burning stove for the winter nights. (Peat provided).
• The cottage is available all year round as it has double glazed windows, oil fired heating and a log burning stove which makes it a cosy and comfortable retreat in the winter, as well as a ideal summer location with fishing, golfing, cycling and walking near at hand.
• Additional facilities at the cottage include: a colour TV with DVD and Video Player and hi-fi.
• The kitchen has an electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, w/machine, microwave, toaster, Electric kettle, Iron/Ironing Board.
• Price also includes heating and eletcric and a welcome pack on your arrival.
• The bedrooms are very comfortable and have fitted robes and ample drawer space and hairdryer.
• All towels and bedlined are provided with a weekly change if your stay is more than one week.
• The cottage has a garden with outdoor table and chairs with Barbecue and there is ample parking space at the front of the cottage.

We require £100 deposit on booking the cottage and full payment 6 weeks before arrival. Late bookings would need to be paid in full at the time of booking.
