Offerance Farm Cottage is situated on the boundary of the Loch Lomond National Park; the cottage is attached to the farmhouse on a livestock farm with highland cattle. The views from the farm are lovely with the campsie fells to the South and Ben Lomond to the west.

Accommodation

The cottage has one double bedroom and one twin, a large bathroom with bath/shower, dinning room and well-equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge with log burning stove for the winter nights. (Peat provided).
The cottage is available all year round as it has double glazed windows, oil fired heating and a log burning stove which makes it a cosy and comfortable retreat in the winter, as well as a ideal summer location with fishing, golfing, cycling and walking near at hand.
Additional facilities at the cottage include: a colour TV with DVD and Video Player and hi-fi.
The kitchen has an electric cooker and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, w/machine, microwave, toaster, Electric kettle, Iron/Ironing Board.
Price also includes heating and eletcric and a welcome pack on your arrival.
The bedrooms are very comfortable and have fitted robes and ample drawer space and hairdryer.
All towels and bedlined are provided with a weekly change if your stay is more than one week.
The cottage has a garden with outdoor table and chairs with Barbecue and there is ample parking space at the front of the cottage.

We require £100 deposit on booking the cottage and full payment 6 weeks before arrival. Late bookings would need to be paid in full at the time of booking.
