- Staithes Village attracts visitors throughout the year, has a small selection of shops including the award winning Endeavour fish restaurant and wonderful cliff top walks along the Cleveland Way.
- The property is perfectly positioned for exploring the coastal resorts of Whitby and Robin Hoods Bay and the North York Moors villages of Goathland, alias Aidensfield in the TV series Heartbeat and Grosmont, terminus of the North York Moors steam railway line.
