Ocean View is a two-bedroom apartment situated on the ground floor of Hesketh House a beautiful Grade 2 listed Regency building. It is level throughout and accessed by two very wide steps at the main entrance to the building. The apartment is well positioned on the end of a magnificent crescent, which overlooks Meadfoot Bay. This is one of the most scenic areas in Torbay from where the beach is a stone's throw away. There are also stunning woodland and coastal walks. The town centre is also within walking distance.

Accommodation

Ocean View has been furnished throughout in keeping with the character of the Regency style building with its beautiful detailed high ceiling.
The living room is very spacious, 23' by 17' with high ceilings and four large windows, allowing maximum daytime sunshine to shine in. There are magnificent sea views overlooking Meadfoot Beach across Torbay to Brixham.
The furnishings are all of a very high standard and include three and two seater sofas with antique occasional furniture. Digital 32" TV, dvd player and cd/radio/cassette player for your entertainment.
The master bedroom has a Vi-Spring (pocket sprung) king size bed with matching wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside cabinets with reading lights and clock radio. Again this bedroom features sea views through a large window. This room also has the benefit of fully tiled en-suite facilities, with electric shower, WC and washbasin with mirror, light and shaver point.

The second bedroom has 2 single 3' Vi-Spring beds with matching wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, with reading light and clock.
There is a fully tiled bathroom with full sized bath, shower, WC and washbasin, mirror, light and shaver point.
Dining area also enjoys sea views and comprises of table with 6 chairs. Off the living room a fully equipped kitchen, which features ceramic hob cooker, oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. In the hall there is a cupboard containing a washer/dryer.

Hesketh Health Club

The glorious Osborne Hotel which is situated in the centre of the crescent has two restaurants which are available for you to dine in, it also offers a take away service.
The Hotel has a fitness centre, sauna, indoor swimming pool. There is also a tennis court. These facilities are available for your use for a small nominal fee of £25 per week for a family of 4 and £5 per hour for the use of the tennis court. This is payable directly to the Osborne Hotel.
