It is well positioned on the end of a magnificent crescent, which overlooks Meadfoot Bay. This is one of the most scenic areas in Torbay from where the beach is a stone's throw away. There are also stunning woodland and coastal walks. The town centre is within easy walking distance.

Accommodation Ocean view apartment has a spacious 23' by 17' living room with high ceilings, airy and with four large windows, allowing the daytime sunshine in. Magnificent sea views overlooking Meadfoot Beach and beyond to Torbay across to Brixham. It has been furnished in keeping with the character of the property, includes 3 and 2 seater sofa with antique occasional furniture. TV with Freeview, Video and DVD player, and radio/cassette/CD player for your entertainment. Dining area also enjoys sea views and comprises table with 6 chairs. Off the living room a fully equipped kitchen, which features 4 electric hob cooker, oven and grill, dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. - The Hotel has a fitness centre, sauna, indoor swimming pool. There is also a tennis court. These facilities are available for your use for a small nominal fee of £25 per week for a family of 4 and £5 per hour for the use of the tennis court. This is payable directly to the Osborne Hotel.
