 Ocean Surf sits on a hill overlooking Clashnessie Bay where you are only a few minutes walk to the tranquil sands. The house is very peaceful; the only sound is the wind and the waves tumbling onto the beach below with breathtaking views of the sea and hills beyond.
Accommodation
It is a modern, comfortable house all on the ground floor consisting of: - Lounge with cathedral ceiling and lots of natural light from double doors facing the beach and double doors leading to conservatory.
- Kitchen is open plan with the lounge, contains electric hob and double oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer.
 - Utility room with washer and drier and sink.
- Conservatory/dining room overlooking the beach and waterfall in the distance.
- Main bathroom with bath and WC.
- One twin bedded room with built-in wardrobe.
- One double bedded room with built-in wardrobe.
- Double bedded room with built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom.

- Oil fired central heating throughout and multi fuel stove in the lounge (an initial supply of fuel will be left for the first couple of days should it be needed).

The area is superb for walking, kayaking, beach, climbing, bird watching, angling. Wildlife such as deer and seals are not at all uncommon.
