 Oak Hill Granary is an award-winning barn conversion situated in the grounds of Willow House Vineyard in the centre of the rural village of Fressingfield on the Suffolk/Norfolk border. Sympathetically restored, the building has plenty of charm and character with flint walls and huge oak beams, yet it has all the comforts of modern living including luxury leather sofas and a hand-built kitchen with all conveniences.

Accommodation  Oak Hill Granary is double storey with the sitting room occupying the entire top floor. All rooms heated by slimline, convector panels. Beamed living room with stripped floorboards, leather sofas, TV & video, radio/cd/cassette player. Well-equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, table and chairs, wood-burner, iron, ironing board, clothes airer. The accommodation is completely self-contained and not overlooked at all by the owners' own property. Guests are free to wander, sit or picnic in the 7 acres of grounds including the Vineyard which is crowned by a magnificent 800 year-old oak tree! Garden furniture and a Bar-B-Q are provided for exclusive use of The Granary guests. Bikes can be hired locally for cycling in Suffolk's peaceful, country lanes.
