Situated on the edge of the village of Elmswell, in the heart of rural Suffolk, Oak Farm is a spacious beamed farmhouse, renovated and extended to a very high specification in keeping with its historic origins.

Elmswell is a growing village with shops, pubs, post office, Chinese take-away and fish & chip shop! It is one mile from the A14 dual carriageway and makes an ideal base from which to explore East Anglia.
