Oak Lodge is a charming detached former stable, with open beams and a log burner, tastefully furnished and well equipped throughout. It is situated on a family run farm surrounded by peaceful open countryside. It is one mile from the main road and has easy access to Bridleways and Footpaths, ideal for walkers.

Oak Lodge is centrally situated for the North York Moors, Pickering with its Steam Railway, York, the East Coast, and Castle Howard.

The cottage has storage heaters and all electricity logs, coal, bed linen, towels, cot and highchair are included in the price.

Facilities include:  
  • Sitting Room with log burner, colour TV and video.
  • Fully fitted kitchendiner with electric cooker, microwave, fridgefreezer and automatic washing machine.
  • Two bedrooms - one double, one twin (extra bed can be put in this room).
  • Bathroom with toilet and shower over bath, heated towel rail.

Outside:  

  • Small patio area with a barbecue and seating.
  • Children's play area.
