 Our small village of Norton-sub-Hamdon lies beside Ham Hill Country Park in this tranquil part of South Somerset. We have a fine church, a well stocked shop/post office and a pub serving good food. The pace of life has not changed here very much over the last 30 years, yet we are only 1.5 miles from the A303 main road. - There is beautiful countryside to walk in, cycle or drive through.
- The Devon/Dorset borders and intriguing Somerset Levels, rich in wild life are close by.
- Both the South Coast and Exmoor National Park are but 45 minutes drive away.
- The area boasts a high number of National Trust properties, many historical buildings and classical gardens.
