Nort Neuk is a traditional Shetland cottage, sleeping four, built in the late 1800's, recently stylishly renovated and extended. The cottage is situated in the small picturesque coastal village of Hoswick, with its jumble of village houses winding their way up the hill from the shore, a few minutes walk from the beach and with easy access to miles of spectacular coastal walks.

Hoswick is part of the thriving wider community of Sandwick in the South Mainland of Shetland with a shop/bakery/post office, leisure centre with heated indoor swimming pool, community facilities within a few minutes walk of Nort Neuk. Just 15 minutes drive takes you to Lerwick the Islands capital with all facilities.
A stay at Nort Neuk cottage offers you an opportunity to relax and chill out or to explore the rich heritage, world class archaeological sites, spectacular coastline and abundant wildlife of the South Mainland. There is easy access from Nort Neuk to the rest of the Shetland Mainland and Islands including the North Isles, which can be visited in a day trip.

Nort Neuk Cottage has a spacious light open plan living/kitchen/dining area, a large shower room, two double bedrooms, one on the ground floor and the other with a kingsize bed upstairs.
There is a small garden with alpine planting in the surrounding stone dykes and a private patio area (sitooterie) with chairs and table to enjoy an alfresco breakfast or lunch in the sunshine! A lawned area provides additional space, with a drying line for washing.
Parking space is provided adjacent to the cottage.
