NORTHGATE MEWS COTTAGE is a privately owned mews Cottage, centrally located in a conservation area of the unspoilt historic market town of Louth, with private parking for one car. Situated in a small attractive courtyard about 5 minutes walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, cinema and churches.

The cottage is a grade 2 listed building it is delightfully furnished with:

En-suite bedroom sleeps 2 (king size double) with electric blanket and hair drier available.
Full central heating.
Comfortable lounge with TV and DVD, furnished with 3 piece suite and stool. Portable radio with cassette and CD.
The bathroom has a shower over the bath.
Fully fitted kitchen includes fridge/freezer,microwave,elecric cooker and hob, washing machine/drier, dish washer,dining area with table and chairs.

Location

It is perfectly situated for those wishing to explore the Lincolnshire Wolds (designated an "Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty") and the coast for remote sandy beaches and wildlife.
Louth is an historic market town with elegant Geogian buildings. It has a delightful array of butchers, bakers and greengrocers, all within easy reach.
Less than a mile from the cottage there is a walk through the peaceful Hubbard's Hills parkland.
Visit the new state of the art Meridian Leisure Centre with swimming pool, Gym, with high class facilities, Health Suite, sauna /steam room.
The first glimpse of Louth is the beautiful spire of St James' Church rising to 295 ft which can be seen for miles around.
