Located on a quiet private road with direct access to the beach and decorated and equipped to a high standard, 22 North End offers attractive accommodation for up to 8 people and is the perfect base from which to explore the surrounding coast, countryside and bird reserves. - Thorpeness itself has a pretty boating lake, a village shop, the Dolphin Pub which offers good food and a golf course designed by the legendary James Braid in 1922.
- Five minutes by car from Aldeburgh, with its restaurants, famous fish and chips, shops, galleries and sailing.
- Snape Maltings, Minsmere RSPB sanctuary, Orford and Framlingham castles and Southwold are all nearby.
