NITH COTTAGE IS NON - SMOKING.
Changeover dates for weekly bookings are on SUNDAYS.

Nith cottage had it's second inspection on 19/03/07, from the Scottish Tourist Board achieving a 5 star grading. Due to the costs involved we no longer have the cottage graded, passing the saving onto guests. Please be assured that the high standards will be maintained. View notice page for guests comments.
Loyalty discount of 10% given to guests who have stayed at Nith Cottage or Mote Cottage in the last 2 years.
2 person discount(using one bedroom/bathroom)of 15% given on bookings during Nov to March (Xmas, New Year & Easter excluded)
Discount of 10% for 2 adults only(using one bedroom/bathroom) April -October where short breaks allowed.

Short breaks anytime within 2 weeks of arrival date, or Nov - March(except school holidays)
Rest of year where allowed; 2 nights start Friday, 4 nights start Monday
During the winter months we will be flexible on the entry and departure days and the length of bookings.
Due to other commitments please avoid Saturday changeover's. Sorry no pets are allowed at Nith Cottage.
