Newhouse Barton offers high quality, individual cottages set in the lush green pastures of South Devon, midway between Totnes and Newton Abbot. They have been sympathetically and carefully restored from stone farm buildings and have a real 'home from home' feel to them. - Enjoying peace and tranquillity, the cottages are surrounded by pasture land and benefit from beautiful views of the rolling Devon countryside with Dartmoor in the distance.
- The English Riviera of Torbay and the magical golden beaches of South Devon's coastline are nearby.
 - This ideal family holiday location is excellent for bird watching as featured on Channel 4's 'Wild Thing', a wildlife documentary series featuring owls.
House Martin Cottage is a spacious barn conversion, forming one of a row and overlooking the courtyard. - It has a living room with wood-burning stove and electric heating, (making it ideal for an out-of-season break) French doors to the courtyard and a TV, video recorder, DVD and Freeview.
- The pine farmhouse-style kitchen is well equipped and includes microwave, fridge/freezer, full sized cooker, dishwasher and automatic washing machine/drier.
 - The first floor has a double bedroom with 5ft pine bed, TV and en-suite shower room/WC and a twin-bedded room with en-suite shower room/WC.
On-site facilities include a 38' indoor swimming pool, heated to 80 degrees and open all year.
