New Hall Cottages offer a pleasant retreat whether you seek to discover the delightful Sussex Downs or head to the bright lights of Brighton. Set in New Hall (a historic house with extensive gardens), these rural cottages are comfortable and tranquil. On the edge of the South Downs National Park, walkers can easily access the South Downs Way and Downslink bridleways. The River Adur (a fishing permit is available), the village pub and shop are all within half a mile.
Brighton is a vibrant city with regular festivals and seaside entertainments. Why not shop in The Lanes, lunch at the marina, visit the spectacular Royal Pavilion, or spend the evening at one of Brighton's many venues?
New Hall is well placed for touring the Sussex Weald, Downs and coast. Numerous attractions are nearby to suit all tastes. After a busy day sightseeing and shopping enjoy relaxing in our peaceful cottages and gardens.

Accommodation
Open all year, the attractively furnished and self contained cottages are attached to New Hall. Garden Cottage forms the north wing. Dairymaids' Cottage forms the south wing above the dairy.
Guests have full use of the gardens; both cottages access terraces with table and chairs. A barbecue is available.
Carpets are fitted throughout.
Linen, towels and central heating are provided.
Kitchens (oven, microwave and refrigerator) are equipped for six people.
Both cottages have a digital TV, DVD player and payphone.
Garden Cottage: The large lounge opens onto the walled garden; dining room; fitted kitchen; bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom (bath, basin, wc). Two folding beds are available downstairs. Wifi.
