Situated at the foot of historic Dunsinane Hill, this beautiful former bothy offers cosy accommodation for two. This new conversion with lovely soft furnishings and a calming cream and pale turquoise colour scheme has been recently refurbished to a high standard. Just eight miles from Perth, the bothy is located on the edge of a farm in the quiet village of Collace and is ideal for walkers, golfers, cyclist or romantics!
 
Accommodation: Detached cottage. Kitchen - well equipped including gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge and enjoys fantastic views of Dunsinane Hill. The lounge / bedroom has a king sized bed, sitting area with a sofa and easy chair, dining table and chairs. Shower room - shower, WC, wash hand basin, shaving point, heated towel rail. Facilities: - TV/DVD/CD radio, and telephone (for incoming calls only or used with a calling card).

Located in the heart of Perthshire, the bothy is an ideal place from which to explore all that Scotland has to offer. For those who enjoy hill walking or bird watching, it's all right on the doorstep, with an easy walk to the top of Dunsinane Hill where Macbeth, The King of Scotland, once had his fort! There are many castles, historic sites, golf courses, excellent fishing and skiing all very close by. St Andrews, Edinburgh, Glasgow and the Highlands are an easy drive away, making Perthshire the ideal location for exploring.
