The cottage is ideal for, and most comfortable for 2-4 adults but can sleep up to 6 people and a cot, stairgate and high chair are available for a baby.
In Spring 2007 we made further major improvements by adding an extension to the cottage. The extra accommodation now includes a new bigger porch, a dining kitchen with dishwasher etc, small utility room, a new roomy ensuite shower room with toilet and washhand basin downstairs, a new separate toilet, new carpets and floor coverings in some rooms and oil fired central heating radiators throughout, and the garden has been extended and replanted. These improvements make the cottage even more attractive and the cottage qualifies for a 4 Star grading.
Nether Whitlaw is situated in peaceful rolling farmland with views for miles. There is much to see and do in the area but you may prefer to relax with a book or take a short walk along to and around Lindean Reservoir or a longer walk to the Eildon Hills.
