Mullane's Cottage is a traditional farmhouse that has been completely renovated with modern conveniences. It is situated approx. 1km from the picturesque village of Eyeries with its panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean. The village has 2 Pubs, a Food store, Post Office and Church. It has won silver and gold awards in the Tidy Town Competition.

The farmhouse provides warm and comfortable accommodation for at least 6 people. It is situated well back from the main road (safe for children).
Access is via a private road (which is shared with one other local resident).
It is secluded and surrounded by unspoilt scenery with sea and mountain views.

Accommodation

The property consists of a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.
The open plan living and dining area, with a pot bellied fire and oil fired central heating, has TV, DVD and CD.
There are three bedrooms; bedroom one has 1 double bed, bedrooms 2 and 3 have 2 single beds in each.
There is also a bathroom and WC.
Bed linen is provided.
Electricity and oil usage is included in the weekly rate.

This is an ideal base for touring the Ring of Beara. The fishing town of Castletownbere is approx. 8 km with its Cafes, Restaurants, Pubs and Supermarket. The Golf Course just outside Castletownbere is a must. You can also find locally; horse riding, angling, hill walking and kayaking.
