Mulberry Cottage is a cosy yet spacious holiday retreat with a large garden central to the soft Suffolk countryside and ideally placed for all Suffolk's visitor attractions.
Deep in the countryside and with a large garden, Mulberry Cottage is only 10 minutes from the dual-carriageway A14. With a timber frame base, the cottage is a warm centrally-heated character country home but only 15 minutes, on the A14, from historic Bury St Edmunds to the West and Ipswich to the East. The coast is just 30 minutes distant by A14 dual carriageway and Suffolk's Heritage Coast about 45 minutes easy-drive away. Suffolk's Scenic Route, the A1120 (with Birds of Prey Centre, Teapot pottery, vineyards and much more), is accessed in some 12 minutes and River Stour and 'Constable Country' is reached easily.
Downstairs Large sitting room with wood-burning stove (not in use) and wide-screen computer with broadband/Digital TV and DVD player and wide selection of child, comedy and other DVDs. Spacious kitchen with dining table, electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, washing machine and radio. Immediate access to the garden and eating out area. Second sitting room/study with double bed-settee for two additional sleep places. Children's games cupboard. Bathroom with wc, hand basin and bath. Spacious inner hall.
