MULBERRY
 The accommodation occupies the south wing of a Gothic Victorian Manor House and offers a luxury standard. The house has recently been refurbished and retains many original features, but combines them with modern facilities to offer country house style accommodation.
The house is in a village nestled on the edge of the Mendips and it is possible to walk almost immediately onto National Trust land. The village of Winscombe offers a good selection of shops, local pub which offers superb food in its own restaurant. Winscombe is only 15 minutes from the coast and a short car journey from Wells, Cheddar, Bristol and Bath.
Accommodation
There is your own private garden for barbecues with access to the Tennis Court and children's garden. You have your own entrance and the accommodation is on two floors.
The ground floor consists of: A fully equipped large open plan kitchen/dining room (seating 8/12). A spacious living room with TV, video and CD player. A utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and downstairs WC. The second floor has: 4 double bedrooms, one with ensuite shower room, one with large wash hand basin. A family bathroom with roll top bath. The accommodation is rented fully inclusive of:
Gas, electricity, linen and towels, and VAT.
Travel cot, high chair and stairgate.

Two bedrooms sleeping four (plus a travel cot), the accommodation benefits from modern gas central heating. The cost of linen, towels, gas and electricity is included in the price. Living room with original wood blocked floor and fireplace with wood burning effect stove. Table and four chairs for dining along with TV and DVD. Huge antiqued leather settee and comfy cottage armchair along with fine beautifully dressed windows. Kitchen with handmade units made from antique wood and an antique Georgian plate rack. Cooker, microwave and dishwasher along with retro-Smeg fridge freezer. Natural slate floor and vaulted ceiling. Washer/dryer, ironing board and iron, tucked away in a built in cupboard in hallway. First bedroom with huge carved and silver leafed king size bed, antique furnishings and unusual feature ceiling. Second bedroom with 2 single Victorian style metal beds and quality furnishings. Wet room with limestone tiled walls and floor, providing a spa style bathroom.
