The property is located in the highland village of Lochaline, part of the Morvern peninsula. It is 40 miles from the large town of Fort William. The village itself sits at the mouth of the sea loch of the same name and overlooks the Sound of Mull. It has a shop/post office, snack bar, social club, hotel and an excellent seafood restaurant. - There are many outdoor sporting activities available nearby e.g. hill walking and fishing but the most prominent facility is a very active dive school.
- Both in Morvern itself and a short ferry ride away, on the island of Mull, you can find probably the best variety of wildlife available anywhere in the UK.
 - Of course, it is not just a place of activity, it is also ideal for relaxation - away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life - enjoying the beautiful scenery, the beaches, the slow pace of it all and perhaps the occasional whisky.
The House This 3 bedroom (kingsize double, twin beds and full size wooden bunk beds) semi-detached bungalow has a large lounge, a good sized kitchen with dining area, bathroom and a conservatory. In order to take advantage of the stunning views from the rear of the property a fourteen square metre conservatory has been built in autumn 2007. The house is well appointed with electric radiators in the bedrooms and kitchen and a coal fire in the lounge which operates a solid fuel central heating system. The well equipped modern kitchen has a ceramic hob, fan oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washing machine. The lounge has a TV, DVD and a radio/CD player. The bathroom has an electric overbath shower and an electric heater. The house is on the one level with a few steps down from the pavement to the front door and couple of steps from the back door to the garden. There is garden furniture. Bed linen and towels are provided.
