It is situated in a quiet, leafy lane along with the old manse and 12th century church. Despite its rural location, the A1 is only a few miles away providing easy access to Edinburgh, The Borders and further afield.

Set in the heart of East Lothian, three miles from the picturesque villages of Gifford and Garvald, the cottage commands beautiful views of the countryside.
Both the Lammermuir Hills and stunning local coastline are just 15 minutes away by car.
