 Moorshead Farm was built in the 15th century and is in an area offering many quiet and pretty lanes which provide good and easy walking. Half a mile along the lane is the small village of Sigingstone and the Victoria Inn with good beer and food. - On either side of the old farmyard, the four holiday cottages have been converted from the stone farm buildings.
- The cottages have been completely refurbished to provide comfortable and tasteful accommodation with full electric heating and easy parking.
- We have named the cottages after some of the many birds that live and nest around the property.
Bwthyn y Dryw (Wren Cottage) Sleeps 4 Living room with log burning stove. Double glass doors leading to garden with patio and open views across the Vale to the hills. Bwthyn y Wennol (Swallow Cottage) Sleeps 4 Glass doors looking out onto the garden with patio and lawn, and across the woods and fields of the the Vale to the hills beyond. Comfortable seating, TV/video, dining suite. Generously equipped fitted kitchen area. Ground floor bathroom with WC, basin and bath/shower. Two bedrooms upstairs: One double, one with bunks. Bwthyn y Drudwy (Starling Cottage) Sleeps 2 Living room has exposed roof beams and woodburning stove. Comfortable seating, TV/video, dining suite. Well equipped kitchen area.
