2012 RENTAL DATES AND RATES
Our 2012 rentals start on the w/c Sat 7th April 2012 and end with the w/c Sat 27th October 2012. We regret that we do not let the cottage during the winter months and therefore the Christmas/New Year period is not available.
Rentals are for full weeks only from Saturday to Saturday. We do not let the cottage for short lets. The cottage will be ready from 3pm on date of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on date of departure to allow cleaners to carry out their work before the next visitors arrive.
Rentals vary according to number in party. For parties of up to and including 5 the rental rates are from £725 (mid season) to £775 (high season) and for parties of 6 or more (up to 9) rates are from £825 (low season) to £875 (high season). The maximum number the cottage will sleep is 7 adults and 2 children (bunk beds). Please note that all electricity, central heating/hot water, logs for woodburning stoves and coal for fire are included in rent. Bed linens and kitchen towels are also included but not personal towels. A (returnable) deposit against loss/damage is required.
We point out that this is our second home and is furnished and equipped to a very comfortable standard.
