Millwheel Cottage is part of Colmer Estate, a unique collection of just 20 privately owned holiday cottages set in the South Hams. The estate is situated half way between the south coast and Dartmoor. It is suitable for young families wanting a seaside break or a couple keen on walking and sampling the gastranomic delights of the South Hams. Salcombe, Dartmouth and Kingsbridge are all nearby and further afield is The Eden Project. All the rooms of this holiday cottage are on the ground floor and the open-plan living area is light and spacious. Millwheel Cottage is part of the Old Mill block, and the rear window of the second bedroom looks out onto the massive millwheel itself. There are extensive facilities on the estate.

The front door leads into an open plan living room/diner with a 3 seater sofa and two chairs. The circular dining table seats 4-5. The open plan kitchen area is well fitted and equipped with electric hob and built-in fan oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and fridge with ice box. There is a light and airy feel to the property.
