A small 2 Star Flat at the top of the building with double glazed bay window and stunning views of Millport Bay - boats - islands - and the mainland. Comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated it sleeps 4, in a double bedroom (with one side only access to a standard Habitat bed) and an Ikea double bed setee in the lounge. It has a small cooker, fridge, and microwave in the kitchen, digital colour TV with freeview and DVD/CD slot, and also a washing machine & tumble dryer on the ground floor (coin meters), available to all flats.
There is a small communal garden and drying green to the rear, along with hooks for securing cycles.
Next to the cycle hire shop (Mapes)& close to shops, pubs, restaurants and the beach.
Accommodation is a double bedroom , Lounge (double IKEA bed-setee), Kitchen, Toilet & Showeroom.

Rates include all electricity - no gas on the island!
BED LINEN & TOWELS are NOT INCLUDED in PRICES. Add £10 per head if required.
